Your Personal Learning Network Inclusion & Community Engagement

Today I read about PLN Inclusion & Community Engagement. I thought and wrote this blog based on the few questions given.

My major is economics, so the industry I want to work in in the future is some positions in the finance industry. I think social networks are becoming more inclusive and people are trying to reach out to more new things instead of being stubborn like they were centuries ago. PLN is also becoming more diverse, and people can learn and communicate online from different places. I consider that inclusion and PLN have evolved into a more people-friendly trend that can make people more comfortable with communication.

Social media can be used to facilitate communication, with applications such as Instagram and Snapchat. These apps allowing people to communicate with each other. Zoom also allows for online meetings, allowing people to communicate with colleagues about their workflow and progress without leaving home, making it even easier to communicate. Social media is also relatively inclusive, as people of different races and nationalities can share their lives or post their favorite photos on social media. In addition, people from different regions have different cultures, and some ethnic minorities can promote their own culture on social media and let the public understand and participate in it.

Our learning of PLN can be from childhood to old age. It can benefit us throughout our lives, and can be reflected in emerging technologies, climate change, and developing our networking skills and digital literacy, respectively. It can be seen that these can benefit us a lot and these are more than enough to show the importance of PLN learning. I would like to talk about my concept of PLN learning here. With the advancement and development of technology, it is very convenient for us to search for materials online for learning. I think that personal e-learning is very diverse nowadays and we can learn through various apps such as YouTuBe, university websites, books, and lectures by university professors.

My PLN doesn’t amplify other people’s opinions because I feel it’s best to do so in a way that makes others’ opinions most real and in line with their thoughts. Other than that, I’m happy to reply to people and share my honest thoughts with them.
